AUREO

Founded in 2003, AUREO is a French small business specialized in decision support systems. AUREO's organization is divided in business units and subsidiaries, under the supervision of AUREO as a holding company. AUREO's strategy lies on an innovative R&D project and an international approach, in parallel with an IT services offer in France.

Business

The AUREO Group runs three classes of activities :

Asset Management Technologies : delivering our own quantitative technology for asset management
Research and Development : innovative trading models
IT Services : business intelligence and web technologies

Corporate Governance

AUREO was founded by its CEO, graduate at the Ecole Polytechnique (France) and PhD in mathematics, in charge of global management, corporate finance and R&D. AUREO's Board of Directors (8 members) defines our strategy and reports to our shareholders. According to our policy, all of our subsidiaries are wholly owned.

Capital

AUREO's capital is independent and more than 75% French. Shareholders are individuals or holdings of individuals (they counted 269 by the end of 2011).

Research & Development

AUREO invests an important budget in R&D every year, for its innovative technology dedicated to quantitative asset management. Financial support from OSEO (French government agency for innovation) was received in 2008 for this activity.
